Our hiring process
Interested in joining our team?
We have a comprehensive and inclusive recruitment process that allows both sides to learn more about each other. Our job descriptions are written to encourage people to apply and our interview approach is thorough and engaging. You can expect 3 rounds of interviews, including:
- An introductory conversation with the hiring manager for candidates and hiring managers to ask questions and understand your interest in the role.
- A content focussed interview with 2-3 members of our team to go into candidates’ specific expertise and skill sets that would make them a great fit for this role.
- From that point, our finalist candidates (3-4 people) are asked to conduct a brief exercise so we can see applied skills and thinking in action.
- A final interview is held where that exercise is presented, and our panel of 2-3 people will ask candidates questions on their work.
- Following that, we extend the job offer and welcome our new team member.
